For shops on InkSoft + Printavo
Two subscriptions. Still no front counter.
InkSoft sells. Printavo produces. Neither one is standing there when someone walks in wanting twelve shirts by Friday. Riverr is one platform from the counter to the floor.
Keep selling on your current stores while you cut over. No replatform, no downtime.

Four ways in. One queue.
A walk-in at the counter. A team store order. An approved quote for 300 shirts. A customer's Shopify order. On Riverr all four land in the same production queue, off the same catalog, against the same inventory, and print off the same rail.
You stop asking which system a job lives in.
ONE PRODUCTION QUEUE

Front counter
Ring up a walk-in, take payment, job's in the queue before they leave.

Ticket rail
Live dispatch view of the floor, regardless of where the order came from.

Batches
Group jobs by decoration, garment, or due date and release them together.
You're paying twice to do one job.
InkSoft runs your stores. Printavo runs your production. Connecting them requires InkSoft Unlimited and Printavo Premium — the top tier of both products.
And Printavo's production stack sits behind that same top tier. Purchase orders, Power Scheduler, receiving, barcoding: Premium only. A shop on Printavo Standard at $244 a month has no purchase orders and no barcodes.
Riverr's storefronts and Riverr's production floor were built in the same system. There's nothing to integrate and no tier to unlock.

On Riverr
Storefronts, production, purchase orders, barcodes, ticket rail, batches, and the front counter — included. Nothing to integrate. No tier to unlock.

Yes, there's a fee on storefront orders. Here's exactly where it lands.
Quotes are free. Every quote, every sales order, every bulk team job, every contract run, every counter sale — no fee, on any plan.
The fee applies to e-commerce only: 3% on Riverr storefront orders on Growth, capped per order. If a fundraiser store you didn't have last year does $8,000 this season, we take a cut of that. If your bulk work stays exactly as it is, we take nothing.
We charge on revenue the platform helps create. Not on the business you already built.

Storefront fee
Riverr storefront orders only — a capped percentage by plan (3.5% / 3% / 2%). External channel item fees apply separately. Your bulk and contract work never enter this column.
Schools, teams, and corporate clients get a login.
Right now every store you run for a client is yours to build and yours to maintain. Every product change, every logo swap, every new item is a phone call to you.
On Riverr each account gets a portal — their catalog, their pricing, their order history, their invoices, their people. They order without calling. They add products without a ticket.
And a client can connect their own Shopify or Etsy store to that portal, so orders from the storefront they already run land in your queue.
And the billing runs itself.
Portal orders, storefront orders, quotes converted to sales orders, a client's connected store — all of it invoices and charges at that account's terms and pricing. On your own white-label and pop-up stores, Stripe Connect splits the money between you and the organizer at checkout. No end-of-season reconciliation.

ONE PRODUCTION QUEUEArt, mockups, and approvals in one place.
AI product design and image editing on the customizer, ghost mockups, bulk product creation, embroidery digitizing, and approval pages your customer signs off on — in the platform, not a separate GraphicsFlow subscription and a tab in Photoshop.
Embroidery digitizing availability varies by plan and rollout — we'll show you what's live on your migration call.
Count the mergers.
InkSoft and Printavo became Inktavo. Inktavo added GraphicsFlow, SignTracker, and Clarity. In October 2025, Inktavo merged with OrderMyGear — which had already absorbed BrightStores, DistributorCentral, and Aturian. Both companies said existing product lines would keep running while integration is planned.
That's a lot of roadmaps to reconcile. Every one of them is ahead of the feature you asked for.

One product. One roadmap. Your requests are it.
When you tell us something doesn't work the way your shop works, that goes to the people who build it — not into a backlog behind eight other products. If it's a real gap, we're talking about it that week.

Switch without stopping.
Nobody replatforms in October. You don't have to.
Week 1 — Sell
Stand up a storefront or start quoting in Riverr. Your existing stores keep taking orders and route in for production.
Step 1Week 2 — Route
Connect Shopify, Etsy, and your other channels. Orders land in one queue. Nothing gets re-keyed.
Step 2Week 3 — Floor
Move production when your season allows. Ticket rail, batches, and the counter go live together.
Step 3
We'll move your product catalog, pricing matrices, and customer records. Exact scope depends on your setup — we'll map it on the migration call before you commit.
See what leaving actually looks like.
Fifteen minutes. We'll map your current stack, your busy season, and what week one looks like. No migration until you say so.
