Bring in house finished goods
Last updated August 20, 2026
Stock type: Finished goods. You own them. They were never a blank. They leave by pick, not batch consume.
Do not use this for a run you are printing now — that is a house stock order. Do not use this for a seller's box — that is seller receiving.
Where it ends up
Inventory → Stock → House retail, in a house slot.
Path A — you bought them (purchase order)
Same door as blanks.
- Inventory → Purchase orders → add the product. A Finished good chip marks a sellable line that is not for decorating.
- Receive and count when it arrives (PO, or 3PL → Receiving → House).
- Confirm receive → putaway into a house slot.
- After putaway it waits for an order. A batch will not consume it.
Path B — it is already on the shelf
- Inventory → Stock → Add inventory.
- Choose House finished goods.
- Pick products and quantities.
- Confirm. Putaway so the system knows the slot.
This does not consume blanks. You are writing down what is already there.
Path C — a house box turned up unannounced
- 3PL → Receiving → Log an arrival.
- Whose is it? Ours.
- Start receiving, count, confirm, put away.
House arrivals do not open a seller variance.
After that
It picks like any other stocked SKU. See Print, pick, and mixed orders.
