Add inventory and log an arrival
Last updated August 20, 2026
Use these when there is no live purchase order and no stock order to receive against — you are writing down what is already here, or a box turned up without a shipment.
The type you pick still has to match What lives in the warehouse. Adding house finished goods does not consume blanks.
Add inventory (already on the shelf)
Inventory → Stock → Add inventory
What are you adding?
| Choice on the screen | Use when |
|---|---|
| House blanks | Raw goods already on the shelf, or found during a count |
| House finished goods | Pre-printed retail or bought finished goods already here. Does not consume blanks |
| Stock you already hold for a seller | Then pick the seller and their products |
Confirm, then put away so the slot is known.
Log an arrival (unannounced box)
3PL → Receiving → Log an arrival
- Whose is it? Ours or A seller's.
- If a seller's, pick the seller.
- Carrier, cartons, tracking (optional).
- Manifest: packing slip (you will enter declared while counting) or No packing slip (blind count).
- Start receiving, count, confirm, put away.
House boxes cannot raise a variance. A seller blind count cannot raise one later either.
