Place a house stock order

Stock type: Pre-printed retail. You own it. It started as your blank. You are making it now and shelving it instead of shipping.

Purchase orders are for what you buy. This is for what you make.

Where

The manual order page. Switch the destination from For a customer to Stock order.

Place it

1. Open a new manual order.
2. Click Stock order.
3. Add the products you will print and shelve.
4. Under Owner, choose House. Do not leave owner blank — it is never inferred later.
5. Choose a store to save the listing to.
6. Click Place stock order.

You go to production. The floor walk — batch, QC, Place in warehouse, putaway — is Produce a stock order.

They will never go back into a batch as blanks.

Not this path

• Recording a run that already happened: Add inventory → House finished goods (does not consume blanks)
• Printing for a seller: Place a stock order for a seller
