How a print order moves through Manufacturing

Last updated September 11, 2026

A customer print order leaves Orders when you start the floor. You batch it, pick it, print it, QC it, put it in a tote, then ship or hand it off.

All of that lives under Manufacturing.

Page What it is
Items Lines waiting to be batched
Batches Jobs on the floor
Bins Shipping totes — not warehouse shelves
Image Bins Totes for print files
QC Failed Items Units that failed QC and need a remake
DTF Gangsheet Maker Nest DTF sheets
Embroidery Files Digitizing queue

Printers are under Settings → Integrations, not Manufacturing.

Batches

The walk

  1. Manufacturing → Items — select lines → Create Batch
  2. Manufacturing → Batches — open the job
  3. Barcodes if you need labels
  4. Start Picking — the line moves from Queued to Picked
  5. Print — the line shows Printed
  6. Open the item → QC passed — it goes in a bin and shows QC Passed
  7. SHIP NOW or COMPLETE PICKUP

On the batch, those names are the pipeline: Queued, Picked, Printed, QC Passed, Shipped. If you buy blanks for the job you also see Ordered, Enroute, Blanks arrived.
