Create a batch

Batch by Items

Filter, then click rows. The hint reads Click rows to select a subset. Under Advanced Options, Select up to N oldest items loads older lines. Select All Filters checks every filter that is loaded. Clear All Filters wipes the sidebar and the chips above the table.

Create Batch (or Create Batch (N) when rows are selected). While it runs the button says Batching...

Fulfiller is Self unless you are sending the work to another shop. Then the button is Route Items.

Filters

The Filters sidebar is how you build a run around the press, not around a single customer. One order can be split across batches — a black tee in the black-tee run, a hoodie in the hoodie run. After QC, bins put those pieces back on the same tote so the order still ships together.

Search filters... jumps to a value (a blank name, a color, a file name) without opening every accordion.

Filter What you use it for
Select Date Range Only lines that landed in that window
Order Size Small orders vs large ones
Blank Products One blank at a time — every Gildan 18000, or every cap
Colors One garment color through the press
Decoration Methods DTF together, embroidery together, DTG together
Placements All fronts, or all backs
Images The same design file on every unit
Orders One customer order when you do want it kept whole
Platforms One storefront or channel
Countries One ship-to country
Product Group A group you already set on the catalog
Shipping Service The same label service

Active picks show as chips above the table (for example Mode: Oldest items). Remove a chip to drop that filter.

You can stack them: Blank Products + Colors + Placements is a typical “all black fronts on this blank” run. That only works because bins reassemble the order at the end — QC passed, bins, and ship.
