Work a batch: barcodes, pick, and print

Manufacturing → Batches. Heading Batches.

The list tabs are filters: Open, Barcode Ready, Awaiting arrival, Blanks arrived, Archived, All.

Batches

Open a job. Title Batch {id}.

Batch

Header: Barcodes · Start Picking · More.

On the batch you also see counts for Queued, Picked, Printed, QC Passed, Shipped. If you bought blanks for the job: Ordered, Enroute, Blanks arrived.

Barcodes

Barcodes (or Barcodes (N)) downloads labels. The card Print queue · on hand, no barcode yet on the Batches list is the same work.

Start Picking

Opens Pick Mode. The screen says Every scan marks the item Picked. The field is Scan item barcode. Stay on that screen — do not open the item.

Pick Mode

This is the print-floor pick. It is not More → Generate pick task (stocked) — that warehouse pick is mixed orders.

Downloads (packing slips, CSV, picklists, images). Generate pick task (stocked) only when the batch has stocked lines. Order garments if you still need blanks.

Process images opens Image options:

Process images

Process images builds a zip. Process and send to Gang Sheet preps the files, opens DTF Gangsheet Maker, and nests them.

Print for the shelf is a stock order, not a button on this menu.

Print

Connect printers under Settings → Integrations. After a print event the line shows Printed.
