Bins

Bins are why you can filter Items by blank, color, or placement instead of running one customer at a time. Pieces from the same order land on the same tote when QC is done, then they ship together.

After QC the unit goes in a tote. The dialog is Place in Bin {name}.

Manufacturing → Bins — “These bins will be used to allocate order items.” Columns: Bin Name, Order Id, Binned, Remaining, Capacity, Status.

Bins

A bin is a tote. A warehouse slot is a shelf. Do not mix them.

When the tote is full: Ship Current + Bin {name}SHIP NOW, or Complete pickup + Bin {name}COMPLETE PICKUP.

A stock job uses Place in warehouse + Bin {name}PLACE IN WAREHOUSEProduce a stock order.
