QC passed, bins, and ship
Last updated September 11, 2026
Open the item from the batch. Toggles: Mock-ups | Print Files · Production files | Trimmed.

The bar at the bottom:

- QC passed — multi-item order
- QC passed / Ship — single item that ships
- QC passed / Complete — single item pickup
- QC failed — QC Failed Items
- Split ship — send part of the order now
- SHIP NOW / COMPLETE PICKUP
- Place in warehouse — stock orders only
Bins
Bins are why you can filter Items by blank, color, or placement instead of running one customer at a time. Pieces from the same order land on the same tote when QC is done, then they ship together.
After QC the unit goes in a tote. The dialog is Place in Bin {name}.
Manufacturing → Bins — “These bins will be used to allocate order items.” Columns: Bin Name, Order Id, Binned, Remaining, Capacity, Status.

A bin is a tote. A warehouse slot is a shelf. Do not mix them.
When the tote is full: Ship Current + Bin {name} → SHIP NOW, or Complete pickup + Bin {name} → COMPLETE PICKUP.
A stock job uses Place in warehouse + Bin {name} → PLACE IN WAREHOUSE — Produce a stock order.
Not this path
- Print plus something already on a shelf: mixed orders
- Failed QC: QC Failed Items
