Listings: map what already exists on a shop
Last updated September 11, 2026
The shop already has the SKU. Riverr pulled it in. You map it. You do not design a second product.
Products → Listings

Toolbar: Sync listings. Status: Synced, Unsynced, Partially synced. Rows also badge Ignored. There is no Ignored filter.
Open the listing
Click the row or Open listing. /listings/{id}
How is this product sold? — Customizable vs print-on-demand.

Attach blanks and map variants
- Blank products → Add blank. Pick the base product.
- In Variation mapping, each imported variant needs a blank, size, color, and placement.

Print on demand: add the print image (+ Add image/placement). Customizable: image is Not required; placement still is.
Bulk mapping at the top applies to the variants below. Use template / Save as template if you map this style often.
Save. Success: Mapping saved successfully.
Import / refresh re-pulls the channel product. You do not need it every order.
Ignore
On the listing, Ignore — “Don't import this one.” Or select rows on the list → Ignore selected.
Not this path
- Do not Create Product in Catalog to “fix” an unsynced listing. Map this one.
- Order still unsynced after mapping: Unsynced Orders
- You want a new designed SKU: Create a retail product
