Retail Products: draft, active, add to a channel

Last updated September 11, 2026

This is the designed SKU list. Nav: Products → Retail Products. Breadcrumb: My Products.

Retail products

You land here after Create Product from Catalog.

Find a product

Search products, SKUs, or base products. Filters: Channel, Status (Synced / Not synced / Sync error), sort by newest or name.

Row Not synced means it is not on a shop yet. Channel chips mean it is.

Creating… is a background create (bulk drop). Wait. Do not bulk-select those rows.

Edit

Same customizer you created it in.

  • Product details (document icon) — listing / details step (/products/edit-product/{blank}/{id}?step=details)
  • Edit design (pencil) — the art (/products/edit-product/{blank}/{id})

Name click opens details. No linked blank: those icons stay off.

Publish to a channel

The button says Publish, not Add to Channel.

  1. Select rows.
  2. Pick Channel…
  3. Click Publish.
  4. Non-Etsy: Product stateActive or DraftApply. Etsy opens Provide Details.

No channel chosen = attribution only. The hint says so.

Draft stays in Riverr. Active is ready to sell / sync. You can still publish later.

Not this path

  • First create: Catalog
  • Shop SKU that already exists: Listings — do not create a second retail product to map it
  • Many designs at once: Bulk create
