Put blanks on locations

Stock type: Blanks (one-time). Before migrate, on-hand is just a number. After, slots are the truth.
Do the whole warehouse in one pass. Half-migrated is worse than not started.
Where
Settings → Inventory → Slots & zones → Set locations
Do this when
Blanks already have quantity on Inventory → Stock → Blanks, but they are not on a slot yet. New receipts after the warehouse program is on go through putaway instead — you do not migrate those.
How
- Build the floor first (Slots & zones).
- Open Set locations.
- Migrate the warehouse in one pass.
Batch pick location columns only appear when every in-stock blank is on a slot.
Warn
Do not migrate mid-shift with open batches. Fix or finish those jobs first.
