Create a product from a SanMar blank

SanMar is a supplier in the picker, not its own screen.

1. Add the style to the catalog — Add a base product. Search SanMar or the style ID. Use Search entire database if the feed miss.
2. Design it — Browse the catalog and create a retail product.
