Create a custom product from scratch

There are two “from scratch” paths in Riverr: a custom blank, or a decorated retail product built in Catalog.

A — Custom blank (catalog source)

1. Products → Blanks → Add product (/blank-products/new) — or pro path Settings → Commerce → Catalog → Blank products.
2. Choose Manual Product (/blank-products/new/manual-product) or Riverr Product (/blank-products/new/riverr-product).

1. Complete the blank wizard (info, variants, print locations, decoration methods, etc.).
2. Later decorate it via Catalog like any other blank.

B — Custom retail product (decorated SKU)

1. Catalog (/products/new-product) → open a blank (supplier or manual).
2. Designer at /products/new-product/{id} (full screen). Place art / text / AI design.
3. On the listing step click Create Product; set Draft or Active; optionally Add to Channel.
4. Find it under Products → Retail Products (/products, breadcrumb My Products).

What happens next

Push to a channel with Add to Channel → Add, or list on a MyCart storefront via store Catalog → Products.
