Build a blank by hand
Last updated September 11, 2026
Use this when no supplier feed and no Riverr catalog card has the item. You are typing the blank yourself.
If a style ID exists at SanMar / S&S / AS Colour, do not start here — search, then Search entire database.
Where
Base products → Add product (/blank-products/new)
Scroll past the search.

Manual garment
Not in any feed? → Create manual product
That opens the manual wizard (/blank-products/new/manual-product). Nothing is prefilled. You set info, variants, print locations, decoration methods, Sell as, areas, and mockups — same rail as a feed blank, without a supplier style.
Save. Then design it from Catalog.
Specialty (sticker, DTF, poster, necklace)
Search on Add a product. Specialty cards sit in Riverr catalog and say they open specialty setup. Click the card — that is the Riverr wizard, not the apparel rail.
Do not look for a separate Riverr Product nav item. Search is the entry.
Sell as still applies
Customizable vs Finished good is the same storefront choice as on a supplier blank. Customizable needs pricing tables. Finished good here still does not mean warehouse finished goods.
After that
The blank is a base product like any other. Catalog will show it when the enterprise (and access tier) includes it.
Not this path
- Style is in a connected supplier catalog: Add a base product
- You only need a designed SKU on an existing blank: Create a retail product
