Access tiers
/catalog-tiers — heading Product access tiers.

“Control which buyers can see which base products in Catalog. Separate from pricing tiers (discounts). Products with no tier stay visible to everyone.”
- Add Tier (name only — e.g. VIP, Wholesale).
- Assign the tier to a buyer on Users → Product Access Tier. None = no restriction from the buyer side.
- On the blank: General → Show to sellers in these catalog tiers. Empty = visible to all sellers.
Default (everyone) is built in.
Buyer discount tiers are Settings → Pricing → Tiers (/tiers). Wrong page.
Product categories
/product-categories — Product Categories.

“These categories appear in the seller Catalog. Star up to 6 to show them first.”
+ New Category. Star = Feature in Catalog top 6. Assign blanks here (+ Assign products) or on the blank under Product Categories. A blank can sit in more than one.
Catalog cover photo is the tile image — auto from a product, or Upload custom cover.
