Pricing tables

A pricing table is a reusable rate card for one print method. You name it, pick the method, fill the rates. Blanks attach a table later — they do not own the dollars.

Open Pricing tables

Settings → Commerce → Pricing → Pricing tables (/settings/pricing/tables). Breadcrumb Pricing Table.

Use pricing tables — On: customizable products need a template for each print method. Off: you can still create and edit tables; they are unused until you turn the switch back on.

+ Add Price Table opens the Pricing Table dialog. The list columns are Name, Printing Method, Action.

What you fill in

Name and Print Method. The rate grid changes with the method (placements and quantity, colors, embroidery, DTF area).

Two rate blocks in the same dialog:

• Customized Pricing — “Used for quotes, POS, and customizable / customizer products.”
• Print on Demand — “Used for predesigned products sold as ready-made / on-demand items.” Import from Customized Pricing copies the first block into the second.

Save pricing table / Update pricing table.

A table sitting here does nothing until a blank’s Print Methods page selects it.
