Storefront quick start: publish your first product

Create a retail product from Catalog and push it to a sales channel or Riverr storefront.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in with Catalog access
  • A blank available under Catalog (or an existing blank ID)

Steps

  1. Open Catalog
  • Admin: left nav Products → Catalog
  • Seller: left nav Catalog
  • URL: /products/new-product
  • Shortcut: header Create → Product (“Add to catalog”)
  1. Search or browse blanks, then open a blank. You may land on blank details (/products/new-product/{blankId}/details) or go straight into the designer.
  2. In the designer (/products/new-product/{blankId}, full-screen / no admin chrome):
  • Use Back to Catalog to leave without finishing
  • Place artwork (tabs include Upload, Add Text, Graphics, AI Design)
  1. On the listing / variations step, click Create Product. Use the channel control labeled Add to Channel and set state Draft or Active.
  2. Confirm the product appears under retail products:
  • Admin: Products → Retail Products (/products) — breadcrumb Products / My Products
  • Legacy: left nav Products (/products)
  1. To push to a channel from the list: select row(s) → Add to Channel → Add → in Select Product State choose Active or Draft → Confirm.

Success toast: All products added to channel successfully.

  1. Optional Riverr storefront check: Stores (/shops) → open a MyCart store → View live store / Copy store link, or store admin Catalog → Products at /shop/settings/{shopId}/products.

What happens next

Channel-active products sync to the connected shop. Storefront buyers see live catalog products under the shop’s product list.
