Setting Up Your Store on the Locations Page

Your store listing is what customers see on the locations page. Setting it up pulls in your business details automatically, so most of the work is confirming what's already there and picking a banner image.

Estimated time: 5 minutes

Step 1 — Create a new store

1. From your dashboard, go to Stores.
2. Click New Store.
3. Click Edit Store Page.

Step 2 — Find your business

Search for your Big Frog location by name.

As you type, matching businesses appear in a list. Locations are distinguished by city, so if you see several Big Frog results, select the one matching yours.

When you select your location, the system automatically fills in:

• A banner image
• Your business URL

Step 3 — Review and adjust your details

Everything pulled in during the search is editable. Review the populated fields and correct anything that's wrong or out of date.

Step 4 — Set your banner image

The banner is the image customers see on your store page.

• Keep the image pulled in automatically, or
• Choose a different banner if you'd prefer something else

Step 5 — Submit

Click Submit to save your store page.

Your location will now display with the banner and details you selected.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Wrong location selected	Re-search and select the correct city before submitting
Multiple Big Frog results look similar	Match on city to identify your location
Business doesn't appear in search	Try alternate spellings or your public business name
Banner looks wrong after submitting	Return to Edit Store Page and replace the image
