Setting Up Your Shipping Integration

Connecting a shipping provider lets you pull live shipping rates and buy labels directly from the platform, without bouncing to another tool.

You have two options:

Provider	When to choose it
EasyPost (recommended)	Free to use, with strong negotiated rates. Best choice for most users.
ShipStation	Choose this if you already run your operation on ShipStation.

Step 1 — Open the integrations page

There are two ways to get there:

• From your dashboard, click Add Integrations, or
• Go to Settings → Integrations

Either path shows you the available shipping providers. Select EasyPost.

Step 2 — Create or access your EasyPost account

1. Go to easypost.com.
2. Log in if you already have an account, or click Sign Up to create one.
3. Follow their signup prompts — the process is short and straightforward.

Step 3 — Add funds to your EasyPost account

EasyPost requires a funded account before it will issue production API keys. This verifies your payment method works.

1. In EasyPost, go to Account Settings → Billing.
2. Click Manage.
3. Add at least $20 to your account balance.

Step 4 — Copy your production API key

1. In EasyPost, open the API Keys section.
2. Locate the production key.
3. Copy it.

Step 5 — Paste the key into your account

1. Return to your platform's shipping integration screen.
2. Paste the production key into the API key field.
3. Click Save.

You'll see a success confirmation. Shipping is now live.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
No API keys visible in EasyPost	Add funds first — keys are issued after payment verification
Rates aren't returning correctly	Confirm you saved the production key rather than the test key
Key won't save	Re-copy the key, checking for extra spaces at the start or end
Already use ShipStation	Choose ShipStation on the integrations page instead of EasyPost
