Connect your sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, Big Cartel)

Connect a third-party shop so Riverr can sync that store.

Who this is for

Sellers and admins with Stores visible. Stores is hidden on Printify domains. Plan gates may require Pro/Business for new stores.

Prerequisites

  • Access to left nav Stores (or Settings → Connected stores)
  • Admin access on the external platform (e.g. Shopify shop admin)

Steps

  1. Go to Stores in the left nav (/shops).
  • Page title: Stores
  • Subcopy: Every place you sell, in one list

  1. Click New store → /add-shop.
  • Breadcrumb: Let's connect your store!
  1. Under Third Party Apps, pick a platform card.
  • Shopify button label: Connect to Shopify
  • Field: Shop URL (placeholder someshopname.myshopify.com)
  • Other platforms use the same pattern (Connect to Etsy, Connect to WooCommerce, etc. from platformInfo.connectText)

  1. Complete OAuth / install in the redirect window. If Shopify shows waitingShopifyApproval, install from the Shopify App Store instead (connect button hidden).
  2. Return to Stores and confirm the shop is listed (not needing reconnect).
  3. Alternate entry (same Shops UI): Settings → Organization → Connected stores (/settings/connected-stores).

What happens next

Connected shops ingest orders into Orders. Product push uses Add to Channel from Retail Products.
