Account Setup and First Login

This article walks you through the first three things every new user does: activating your account from the welcome email, logging in, and adding your fulfillment address so orders can ship.

Audience: New Big Frog users setting up their account for the first time

Step 1 — Activate your account from the welcome email

After you sign up, Big Frog sends you a welcome email. This email is your starting point — you can't log in until you use it.

1. Open the welcome email in your inbox.
2. Click the link to set your password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password on the page that opens.

Once your password is saved, you'll be taken automatically to your login page.

Step 2 — Log in

From the login page:

1. Enter the email address your welcome email was sent to.
2. Enter the password you just created.
3. Click Sign In.

We recommend bookmarking your login URL for future visits.

Step 3 — Add your fulfillment address

After signing in, you'll land on your dashboard. Before doing anything else, add the address orders will ship from.

1. From the dashboard, click Add Address.
2. Enter your full address, including street, city, state, and ZIP.
3. Click Save Fulfillment Address.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Welcome email never arrived	Check spam/junk folders, then contact support to resend
Password link expired	Use "Forgot password" on the login page to request a new link
Can't sign in after setting a password	Confirm you're using the same email the welcome message was sent to

With your account active and your fulfillment address saved, you're ready to configure the rest of your setup and start taking orders.
